Title Set-Up Technician
Job Information

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make sure the Change Over Procedure and Injection Moulding Machine Startup procedures are understood and followed every time.
  • Establish new injection molding process parameters for new projects
  • Ensure that products produced meet quality standards as per part specific operator instructions and Quality Inspection Reports (QIR’s)
  • Produce First Off and Last Off with Quality Team Member
  • Perform mould changes in a timely manner and according to production schedule
  • Hook up auxiliary equipment to injection molding machine and injection mould as per Master Set-Up Sheet
  • Install EOAT to robot mounting plates and program robots as required
  • Ensure that daily process parameters are logged into the process book
  • Ensure that processes are within allowable process parameters noted in Master set-up sheet
  • Report all out of spec process condition to your supervisor. Ensure that these conditions are logged in process book and Quality Team member is notified
  • Ensure that daily machine inspections are complete and they are logged
  • Ensure that moulds are cleaned daily
  • Ensure use of regrind according to allowable limit established in mater setup sheet,
  • Ensure that purged materials are removed from the cell and stored in gaylords for proper disposition
  • Participate in problem solving activities
  • Assist material handlers to remove finished goods from work station via forklift as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor
  • Must ensure that work cells are safe and clean for operation

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in injection moulding environment as a set-up technician
  • Must have a valid forklift drivers license
  • Must have good understanding of raw material properties
  • Good understanding of IATF – 16949 & ISO 14001 procedures for processes

Title Accounting Analyst
Job Information

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. This position works closely with the CFO / Controller to support month-end closing, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar (preferred but not required).

Title Shipping Coordinator
Job Information

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Review customer portals and compare shipping requirements with internal system
    • Ensure shipping documentation for all outgoing product are prepared
    • Ensure that product is removed from finished good warehouse using FIFO methodology for staging
    • Audit staged shipments to make sure paperwork match and meet customer requirements.
    • Ensure dock audits are being conducted to ensure compliance of staged vs customer requirements
    • Submit ASN to customers soon after making the shipment
    • Ensure that allocated shipping windows for shipments are maintained
    • Review that all goods received match packing slip and there is no visual damage to the products
    • Ensure goods received that have a PO on the packing slip are received
    • Report receipt of non-confirming products to your supervisor and quality team
    • Advise your supervisor of all delivery problems (late pickups, PO shortages, damaged good, etc.)
    • Ensure that customer returned empty packaging is tracked and stored in allocated lanes or storage area
    • Ensure inventory of components, raw materials and other production materials is conducted once per week
    • Maintain and track all inventory levels
    • Manage manpower related to all shipping and receiving activities
    • Train all new hires and ensure that processes are followed to avoid customer complaints
    • Adhere to all company polices and procedures
    • Perform other related duties as instructed by your supervisor
    • Ensure that shippers and receivers operate forklifts safely and complete forklift safety checklist as required.

Qualifications:

    • 2-year related experience as a supervisor
    • Ability to supervise, coordinate, and train shipper and receivers
    • Understanding IATF16949 Quality Standards and ISO 14001

Title Material Handler
Job Information

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each machine has correct resin and regrind (if applicable) at all time
  • Ensure that different grade of scrap parts / runners is not mixed in same reject bins / gaylord
  • Ensure that all empty Gaylords are removed & collapsed from each station and stored at designated areas
  • Ensure that material removed from storage area are based on FIFO (first in, first out)
  • Ensure that loader filters are cleaned according to PM cleaning schedule and cleaning log sheet is updated
  • Ensure that all around machines are clean at all times
  • Time permitting, assist shift grinder with grinding
  • Ensure that all unused material is returned to the raw material inventory storage location
  • Ensure that change overs during tool changes are effective in order to avoid excessive purging and material waste
  • Notify Supervisor immediately if any items are low in inventory to avoid potential shortage
  • Ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times
  • Perform other duties assigned by reporting manager
  • Ensure that daily forklift inspections is complete per check list provided
  • Ensure that all material feeding locations are clean at all times
  • Ensure that Forklifts are maintained with care

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in the field of plastics manufacturing (preferred but will train)
  • A minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Must have a valid Forklift license from Ontario

Title Machine/Assembly Operator
Job Information

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate a molding machine and post molding manual assembly per operator instructions
  • Responsible for reading and understanding the operator instructions and Quality Alerts at the workstation
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or quality system
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to optimize work cell
  • Learn, understand and adhere to the quality plan standards for each part being run
  • Be able to visually identify defective parts with attention to detail.
  • Able to perform assigned part rework as required within the machine cycle time
  • Immediately notify a Process Technician or Coordinator of any machine problems
  • Be available to work occasional overtime
  • Must be dependable, punctual and have a good attendance record
  • Self-motivated and require minimal supervision
  • Be a team player that works well with others

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year in the field of plastics manufacturing (preferred but will train)
