| Job Information | Roles & Responsibilities: - Operate a molding machine and post molding manual assembly per operator instructions
- Responsible for reading and understanding the operator instructions and Quality Alerts at the workstation
- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or quality system
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to optimize work cell
- Learn, understand and adhere to the quality plan standards for each part being run
- Be able to visually identify defective parts with attention to detail.
- Able to perform assigned part rework as required within the machine cycle time
- Immediately notify a Process Technician or Coordinator of any machine problems
- Be available to work occasional overtime
- Must be dependable, punctual and have a good attendance record
- Self-motivated and require minimal supervision
- Be a team player that works well with others
Qualifications: - A minimum of 1 year in the field of plastics manufacturing (preferred but will train)
- Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
